In 2018, Duy founded DH Estates, bringing with him over a decade of real estate knowledge and expertise as a consistent top-performing broker in Washington State. Specializing in the purchase and sale of residential, luxury, and investment properties; His trusted opinion and professional representation are highly valued. As a second-generation Vietnamese American, he is fluent in both Vietnamese and English, allowing him to better assist local, national, and international clientele.

In a fast-paced industry, Duy’s ability to connect meaningfully with his clients sets him apart. He knows real estate can be a very personal and emotional transaction, so he takes the time to develop personal relationships with clients to better understand and assist them. He treats each client like a member of his own family; the relationship doesn’t end when a deal is done. He has helped clients with interior decorating, manages investment portfolios, and consulted on remodels, flips, and new construction projects.

Duy knows the Pacific Northwest inside and out. His family immigrated to Seattle when Duy was just a few months old and as the city grew, so did he. At the age of 18, Duy decided to pursue his career in real estate while attending The University of Washington for his Degree in marketing and finance. Over a decade later, his extensive knowledge of real estate and marketing, coupled with his expansive network, makes Duy an invaluable asset to his clients. Helping bridge the connection of friends, family, clients, and people from all walks of life.

Duy loves that every day in real estate presents something new; new people to meet, new properties to see, and new obstacles to overcome. When he’s not spending time at work, Duy loves to spend time with his friends, family, and his two amazing pets: a Vietnamese potbelly pig named Harry and a French bulldog named Gary. To relax, Duy enjoys traveling, volunteering, and boating on Lake Washington.
